Challenge

In searching for a human resources “identity” and for recruiting tools that could double as retention tools, the Canada Public Service Agency asked HyperActive for a strong, flexible tool that could be used in variety of settings, including Town Hall meetings hosted by the Clerk of the Privy Council.

Strategies

HyperActive created a video that would be as effective with current employees as with potential ones in recruiting scenarios. Short and powerful, this anthemic piece powerfully explains what it is to be a Public Service employee and has become extremely popular across the system.
