To give the Financial Transactions Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) credibility among police forces and other key stakeholders across Canada; To explain FINTRAC’s role in the detection of money laundering and terrorist financing activity. Speak peer to peer, using credible spokespersons from major police forces and other organizations across Canada; Use high-level animation to explain the key concepts of information gathering, analysis, and disclosure; Position FINTRAC as a competent partner for police forces in the investigation of crime; Show the importance of compliance with FINTRAC disclosure regulations. HyperActive produced English and French 8-minute videos whose storyline weaves voice-over, multi-level animation, case studies, and interviews into a coherent, understandable tool that increases understanding of FINTRAC, its processes, and its role. Video received "top marks" from the FINTRAC staff presenting the video to key stakeholders. |
