Interactive Mini Eservices CDROM and Interactive Disability Tax Credit CDROM CRA Electronic Services for Businesses and Individuals identified the need to connect a variety of computer-literate audiences including small businesses, self-employed persons, and disabled individuals to their suite of e-services, and the need to do so with tools that would reflect the Agency's commitment to technology. Create a series of flexible communications tools to promote CRA's electronic services, delivered on CDROMs that can operate on a wide variety of computer platforms for an audience with many possible disabilities. HyperActive created English and French mini & Regular CDROMs that address a series of CRA's tax filing audiences, including individuals and businesses with text, braille and audio versions of content. 55,000 CDROMs have been made available to Canadians in CRA's offices and as part of an aggressive marketing program for CRA e-services. |
